Preparing the house for the owner or the client.
Welcoming and briefing client/agency on all system and particularities of the house (electronics, alarm, doors, etc)
Liase with agencies for pre checks.
Ensure rental agreement conditions are followed and respected during all times
Ensure house has all basic products for arrival such as bathroom amenities, cleaning products, washing liquids etc.
Ensure cleaning schedule as per agency/client or owner request is followed during stay.
Prepare vehicles for arrivals.
