• Provide regular updates and status reports.

• Make site visits, resolve field challenges on behalf of the property owner.

• Interface with city officials and building departments. Trouble shoot issues.

Landscape, Pool and Garden

• Oversee large landscape construction and small garden projects.

• Oversee pool maintenance or any related pool work such as deep cleaning, troubleshooting, counter current system, heated pool etc.

• Manage or hire contractors, suppliers and specialists.

• Make site visits and resolve field challenges.
